Invest At Least As Much In Feeling Good As You Do In Feeling Bad

This is what a client said learned from me.

He previously thought that coaching and positive psychology were a bit pollyanna. People telling themselves to see the glass half-full.

Mindful coaching helped him realize how much time and energy he was investing in feeling bad.

And that this was a choice.

One he no longer wanted to be making.

He saw he had options.

He could choose to invest as much time and energy into feeling good as he does into feeling bad.

And that this had the potential to change his entire life and work experience.

This realization is where the magic of coaching begins.
