FAQ’s


Should I do group coaching or 1:1 coaching?

In my experience, the most effective and efficient path to change is to do both. The only question is which one to start with. I recommend signing up for the group with additional 1:1 sessions if you are new to coaching. If you can't swing that right now, start with the group. You can always add more coaching later. I am also happy to discuss this individually with you.

What is the difference between Transition Well and Ongoing Presence?

Transition Well is change coaching for women. If you are in the midst of a change (retiring, divorce, empty-nesting, moving) or desperately wanting to make a change (job, spouse, move) this is the group for you. You will envelop yourself in a circle of support. Empower yourself with resources and mindset tools to navigate the bumps.

Ongoing Presence is a group where I coach women on every topic. In general, it is for those who, for now, want to make what they are doing and where they are in life work. This group is focused on optimizing your experience and your mindset and smoothing the bumps of life's inevitable challenges. Many decide to make a change during or afterward and they are successful because they are making decisions from a place of strength and clarity.

How big are the small groups?

Less than 12. I intentionally keep my groups intimate so promote engagement and interaction and ensure everyone gets what they need.

What time do the groups meet?

In order to accommodate as many time zones as possible, almost all my groups are 5:30-7pm pacific.

I can't make all the sessions, is that ok?

Yes. I request that you attend at least 50% of the sessions live so that you feel like an integral part of the group. Every session is recorded and made available to only those in the group.
