FAQ’s
When does each group happen?
Transition Well will be eight Wednesday evenings at 5:30pm pacific
Mindful Love will be six Tuesday evenings at 5:30 pm pacific. Enrollment also includes a 1:1 session scheduled individually.
Leading with Heart will be seven Monday evenings at 5:30 pm pacific.
Deeper Connections Advanced Coaching is eight Sunday evenings at 5 pm pacific
Should I do group coaching or 1:1 coaching?
In my experience, the most effective and efficient path to change is to do a blend of BOTH. The question is which one to start with. I recommend signing up for a group with additional 1:1 sessions if you are new to coaching. If you can't swing that right now, start with the group. You can always add more coaching later. I am also happy to discuss this individually with you.
How big are the small groups?
All groups are 12 women or less. I intentionally keep my groups intimate to ensure everyone gets what they need.
I can't make all the sessions, is that ok?
Yes. I request that you attend at least 50% of the sessions live so that you feel like an integral part of the group. Every session is recorded and made available to only those in the group.
What's the difference between the groups?
Transition Well Pivot with grace, courage, and confidence. Empower yourself with a toolbox of strategies to manage change strategically and with ease. Learn to navigate uncertainty, life, relationships, and career pivots with grace, equanimity, and mindful intention.
Leading from the Heart The world and medicine, especially, need great leaders. Heart-centered leadership coaching for those who want to enjoy work-life balance and lead sustainably, healthily, and effectively.
Advanced Coaching - Deeper Connections A chance to continue the work and build Deeper Connections with an intimate circle of women who have a shared experience, language, and approach to mindfulness and mindset work. We dive right into the good stuff— and then go deeper. Continue to grow mindfulness and awareness, and choose to live with intention. Open to alumni of Nicasio Creek Farm and Sagrada Retreats, as well as any Pause & Presence group coaching program.
Mindful Love - Inspired by my TedxTalk - 'What Would Love Do?' and the many requests over the years, and especially recently after Episode 278 of the Healing Medicine Podcast- Mindful Love will be available as a one-time offering in winter 2026. We will coach on all intimate relationships, including those with your spouse, partner, parents, and children. **
