“Incredibly valuable and a must for all physicians.”

“The skills that are taught are highly actionable and lead to real change.”

“The tools I learned apply to so many areas of work and life. The coaching is more useful than I ever imagined.“

“This group is fabulous! It is made especially for women physicians who need to take time for themselves with other women who understand them.”

  • Understand the root of your catastrophizing, negativity, and scarcity mindset.

  • Become more calm, content, and confident.

  • Worry less

  • Bring more peace, ease, and connection into your home and work life.

  • Make fewer assumptions about people.

  • Learn to approach challenging “situations” with patience and curiosity.

“Coaching with Jessie has been transformational.

I have taken part in both the group coaching offers and 1:1 sessions, and participated in one of her retreats (Honoring Diastole).

Coaching has made my life more easeful, decreased anticipatory dread associated with the unknown/change, allowed for more neutral mindset and more creativity. It has made me a better spouse, sibling, child, colleague and leader.

Women physicians often don't prioritize themselves, coaching with Jessie is an investment in your future self and it is worth the time and effort.”

What is special about this group?

  • Everyone participates. Zoom sessions are meeting style and the group is intentionally limited to 12 women physicians.

  • The curriculum for each cohort is personalized. There are no prerecorded “modules.”

  • Every group is led by Jessie. She is an experienced, wise, skilled, and highly trained coach who has coached over a thousand physicians to date and has decades of experience leading physician wellness.

  • Jessie weaves multiple modalities into her coaching offerings including mindfulness, somatic nervous system training, and psychology. Jessie also offers free yoga and a podcast that reinforce your learning and growth along the way, and afterward.

  • The group runs over 5 months to allow you time and spaciousness to practice and integrate.

I loved how Jessie completely understood my stressors and behavior patterns. I loved how she was kind and non-judgmental in her approach, always redirecting my language and old thought patterns. I continue to look at all the notes I took to remind myself of her coaching.

While seeing patients, I find myself repeating the same words or lessons that she shared.

Most importantly, she has made me a better wife, parent, friend, physician, and colleague.”

- Regional Physician Leader, AFM MD, TPMG
