Is Your Life Roomy Enough to Live in?

Our lives work ok when everything lines up just right.

But when anything goes awry, they aren’t roomy enough.

And unfortunately, something always goes awry.

We find ourselves saying when this gets solved, and that gets solved, things will be better.

And then there is always something else to solve.

When our lives are not roomy enough to live in we feel stressed, reactive, and tight.

What would a life “roomy enough to live in” look like for you?

For me, it is decluttered, simple, and aligned.

It has some room, and spaciousness so that even when things go awry, it’s still possible to be to breathe deeply, and to connect, love, and enjoy.

I have helped many women physicians create aligned lives that are “roomy enough to live in.”

When we connect with what is aligned and meaningful and let go of what’s not, magic happens.

In the spirit of spring cleaning,

how might you start creating a life roomy enough to live in?

It’s much easier with a guide.

I am here to help.
