Let Your Intention Be Your Guiding Light

Mindful Minimalism

A minimalist life is not about having less stuff it is about increasing awareness and living intentionally.

Let your intention be your guiding light.

How do you want to feel?

In your spaces?

In your life?

When you live unconsciously your home shows it.

Your house is a direct reflection of your brain.

Being organized and decluttering requires clarity.

You must first organize your mind before you start organizing your life. Otherwise the changes are temporary.

You must first do the mind work that is causing the mess in the first place. Otherwise when you clean it all up, it gets messy again.

Sometimes letting go is an act of far greater power than hanging on.

Make space to create what you want.

Room to breathe.

A place to be.

Allow empty shelves.

Allow open closets.

Space creates clarity.

New fresh ideas come when there is space.

I love helping people see how they can create emotional and physical space and calm in their lives.

Mindful minimalism is life changing. It is freedom from which dreams and possibilities emerge.

May you all experience peace, contentment, and spaciousness.

If you need support to do this work, I am here.
