Nourishment is An Often Missed Ingredient to Effective Change

Most of us compensate for gaps in nourishment in most areas of our lives with food -- thus the obesity epidemic.

We also try to find “nourishment” from screens, substances, and vacations.

This leads to addiction, relationship, and mental and physical health crises among other things…

Nourishing ourselves WELL - in all parts of our lives- is the secret to a well-lived and loved life.

And it isn’t a quick fix.

Challenges can’t be addressed well from a state of depletion and overwhelm.

Change doesn’t happen when we are threatened, exhausted, and burnt out.

This is why I integrate mindfulness, healthy food and nature experiences, and spiritual nourishment into ALL the work that I do.

Nourishing oneself well is a whole life - every day - endeavor.

And it goes well beyond food.

The magic of retreats comes in large part from the nourishment.

Nourishment through food, movement, nature, human connection, beauty, rest, mindfulness, learning, and sunshine, open up possibilities, creativity, and hope.

When we are fully nourished the hard-to-find solutions become clear.

What do you need to do to nourish yourself well?
