When It Just Feels “Right”
When something feels “right,” you feel excited and alive.
You feel sure.
You look forward to learning more. It’s interesting.
When something feels right you know its right.
When it doesn’t feel right, you can also trust yourself.
And trust that the knowing and excitement will come again.
Even when your brain says it won’t.
With mindfulness, coaching, and patience, the next “right” always comes.
It often just takes longer than you think it should.
Very often what’s right is not at all what you expected to feel right.
Clarity comes when you learn to pause and be present. It comes when you aren’t resisting reality or are desperate for change.
Clarity comes when you have found buoyancy, are not in fight or flight, and are not being mean to yourself.
When you find what feels “right” for this season of their life, you literally light up. And I light up watching all my clients light up.
