Worthy Begins With Me

I teach the mantra from kids yoga “peace begins with me.”

And a brilliant woman physician at Sagrada replaced it in a poem with “worthy begins with me.”

Yes it does.

We get to decide whether we are worthy.

And when we decide we are worthy, we show up demonstrating our worthiness.

And we bring even more to the world than we did before.

Peace begins with you.

Worthy begins with you.

Kindness begins with you.

Feeling free begins with you.

Stop waiting for someone out there to decree you are worthy.

You can and should believe you are.

You know that you are not not worthy.

Its not conceited or gratuitous to believe you are worthy.

It’s kind.

Worthy begins with you.
