Be Kind To Yourself

Be Your Own Ally

When we are kind to ourselves so much more is possible.

Kindness and self compassion are so much better than being mean to yourself —either outwardly or covertly.

Being your own “inner ally” and cheerleader is not our natural habit response and

it’s worth working on.

Being your own worst critic and enemy is an EXPENSIVE practice.

When you notice how mean to yourself you really are, and set and intention to STOP being mean to yourself, everything changes for the better.

Those of you who have done yoga with me have heard me invite you “to think of something about yourself you would not want to change.”

In coaching, I encourage clients to think of things they did well and/or are proud of as a daily practice.

Practice being kind to yourself.  What you practice grows.

Our relationship with ourselves is our most important relationship.  It impacts all of our other relationships.

Why not Nurture it. Grow it. Heal it.

When you are kind to yourself a world of possibility opens.
