An Imperfect System

Working in an “imperfect system” feels much better than working in a “broken one.”

Being “imperfect” is much more kind than describing yourself as “broken.”

Word choice matters.

Stop making things that are already hard harder.

Choose words that help you connect with hope, kindness, creativity, curiosity, and compassion.

If you want to work on issues like this with an amazing group of women join me in 2024 for a retreat or small group coaching.

You will feel better even before things actually do change for the better.

When you feel better, you are able to help make things better in a way that they actually are better.

If you don’t want to be involved in the fixing, remember you “didn’t create it and it is not yours to fix.”

Either way you will have tools to help you feel better.
