Do You Want To Change Your Behavior?

If you want to change, stop focusing on what you should do.

Or what you should want to do.

Instead focus on how you want to feel when you do these things.

Whether it is sleep, exercise, eating differently, stop telling yourself you should, have to, or need to.

These words are unkind. They are not compassionate and they not release neurochemicals that lead to motivation, learning or action.

When you step out of shame, blame and guilt and into desire, your behavior is much more likely to shift.

If you want to exercise or eat healthier. Or choose to. You ar emuch more likely to actually do it.

If you set and intention- rather than a goal- to eat better and move more. Your brain releases neurochemicals that help you actually do it.

Learning how to use your brain and your physiology for you rather than against you is why mindful mindset coaching is so effective.

If you want your life to be different in 2024, get started with coaching now.

If you want things to change you have to change.
