Experience Today In All Its Imperfection

The secret to a well-lived life is to know what's “enough.”

If you struggle to not be constantly striving, doing, planning- and never being able to relax into having done “enough”- - you are not alone.

We hold out for a taste of perfection — which by definition can never come — and insulate ourselves and protect ourselves from being touched by the life right in front of us.

We end up lonely and discontent.  And always searching for more.

 

What could happen if you put down your dreams and projects and instead experienced and enjoyed today?

Not after covid  or when your newborn sleeps or when you get a better job that allows more of ….
