Leap Day
Every Leap Day offers an opportunity for reflection about the last four-year increment.
College is four years and young adults transform like crazy in that time.
As adults, we can and should expect similar growth every four years.
We don’t stop changing and growing just because we are in our thirties, forties, fifties, and sixties.
I like to honor Leap Day by choosing to leap forward in some way. Hopefully, when I look back, I will be proud of “my leaps” in the four years between now and Leap Day 2028
On Leap Day 2028, what will I wish I had started doing today?
Where will I wish I had directed my GPS?
What will I wish I had started doing more of and less of?
Who do you want to be on Leap Day 2028?
What will you wish you had started doing today to create the momentum to get you there?
What help do you need to support yourself to get there with grace, compassion, and buoyancy?
Reach out if that support is a pause, being present, coaching, mindfulness, or a retreat.
