Minimalism For Your Mind

You are responsible for what you think.
But you cannot change what you cannot see.

Start with awareness.
Take everything out of your brain.
Put it on paper and look at it.
Choose what you WANT to keep. Marie Kondo your mind.

Does this thought serve me?
Is this thought useful?
Is this thought outdated?
Is this thought kind?
What does this thought “cost” me?

Get rid of the thoughts and clutter in your head that are getting in your way.

Say goodbye to the thoughts and past stories that are holding you back.

Make it easier to see what matters most to you.

You get to be the author and editor of your own story.

Choose to keep or create thoughts that have a purpose, thoughts that serve you, thoughts that are current, and thoughts that “work.”

Let there be empty space and empty drawers.

Create space for thoughts that serve you.

Make room for dreams and possibilities.
