The Right Time

“I am too overwhelmed, busy, and stretched to do anything else.”

“It’s not the right time.”

“I don’t have time.”

I thought this for two years before I took the leap and started working with a coach.

Now I know— when you are too overwhelmed and busy is exactly when you need to make a change.

It will always seem like there is a better time.

That you don’t have time.

And sometimes even that you, or it isn’t worth the investment.

.

This was me.

.

What I discovered is that you, and your brain, are the best investment possible.

Your brain is truly your most valuable asset.

When you show up as the best version of you, everything else works better.

Now is the best time.

The only better time would have been before.

This work gave me time back.

When I stopped ruminating, feeling anxious and spinning in confusion, and arguing and trying to fix and control people and things that were out of my control, I created time.

When I stoped struggling about struggling and getting in the way of my own contentment I didn’t need to spend money on stuff, or even experiences, to feel better. I already felt better.

Don’t do what I did and wait for a better time.

Give yourself the gift of time, energy, and clarity.

Get started now.

Your brain is your best investment.

Learn to use it to help you.
