Recreating Busy

It’s extremely common to make big changes and then recreate the same thing.

Many people change jobs, partners, and/or move to change their lives, and then they inadvertently recreate the stress, urgency, shame, guilt, judgment, and ….

.

We fall back into our old thought patterns unless we show up with mindful intention.

.

Once you see the pattern, and the tendency,

you can change it.

The key is to notice.

And ultimately to make a different conscious choice.

Which takes much practice.

When it happens “again “

because of old habits and old wiring,

you can just notice again

and work to make a different choice again.

.

What you practice grows.

And it takes practice, noticing, and awareness.
