What does your heart want?

What does your heart want is a great question to ask on your birthday and every day.

When you follow your heart everyone benefits.

Since last year I have stepped into following my heart — even more. It has led to a lot of numbers- 41,000 podcast listeners, 500 YouTube subscribers, 60 Retreat goers, 1000 + blog readers, and over 200 coaching clients.

What I see though is not numbers but human lives touched and healthier and happier relationships, families, and bodies.

More love, more connection, more joy, more peace.

More is not better but in this case, it is.

Following my heart has also led to less- less arguing, less burnout, less discontent, less disconnection, less urgency, less frustration- in my own life and in so many others.

When you listen to what your heart wants you live without regret.

You let go of past regrets- your heart doesn’t want to focus and rehash those.

And you make decisions to avoid future regrets.

It doesn’t matter your age, who you are married to, where you work, or where you are starting from— when you follow your heart you can’t go wrong.

Our hearts don’t steer us wrong.

What does your heart want?

If you want help figuring out what your heart wants or if you already know but aren’t sure the how, this is exactly what mindful coaching helps you sort out. I would love to help.
