What story will you be telling about Covid-19?

Five years from now, what do you want to say you “accomplished” during Covid-19?

You can choose to stay stuck in the drama of the moment and feeling overwhelmed by the tragedies and the uncertainty and challenges of life right now. You can choose to focus on all that we cannot do right now, what we wish we could do, and for some, all the extra stuff you “have” to do. You can let anxiety, stress, and “fight or flight” sensations be your constant companion. This is the default mode for your brain right now.

Or you can choose to be mindful and intentional about acknowledging and accepting tragedy, loss, grief, sadness, and frustration.

And then, choose to move forward and focus elsewhere. You can use this pause of normal and the call out provided by this unusual moment in time to metamorphosize into something new and beautiful.

What can you create?

What can you complete?

What do you want to stop doing?

What do you want to start doing?

What do you want to learn?

Who do you want to become?

What difference do you want to make in the world?

Our routines and habits have had to change. Our brain patterns are disrupted and therefore open to change. Receptive by necessity to new ways of thinking, being and doing.

This is a beautiful opportunity for you and for the world.

Coaching helps us all be intentional about our choices. Working with a mindful guide changes everything and it makes the work fun.

Someday in the future, what story will you be telling about what you did during Covid-19?
