A Mindful Reflection

Just as you are perfectly imperfect so is everyone else.

Just as you can build compassion and acceptance for ourselves by focusing on all that you are rather than what you are not,

you can also do this for those that you love by focusing on all that they are instead of all that they are not.

“You come to love not by finding a perfect person but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly.”- Sam Keen

What is one thing you love about a person whom you love yet also struggle with?

What is one thing about this person that you would not change?

How can you show up for this person with love?

Can you show up for your relationships with kindness, curiosity and without judgement?

Can you show up with compassion for yourself and compassion for them?

Can you notice, learn, allow and “unblock?”

Can you let criticism go?

What is your intention for your relationships for the upcoming week?

Take a moment and decide.
