Make Yourself Happy to Get Things Done

A huge and fun epiphany by a client this week.

She noticed that she had had a huge change in her recent thinking.

She no longer needs "to fix things" to feel better.

Instead, of needing to get things done her brain is now defaulting to " it would make me happy if I " - did my charts,

decluttered,

tidied the kitchen,

put that away,

exercised...

What if you made a

"What would make me happy" list rather than a to-do list?

It's a total uplevel from my previous offering of a “want-to-do” list or a “get to-do” list.

This is the magic of a mindful well-coached brain.

It chooses thoughts automatically that are efficient, spacious, and kind.

All the good things happen, and more, but they happen with much more calm, joy and ease.

If you want to experience the fun, calm, joy, and ease of having a well-coached brain, reach out. Life is better when you looking for things that make you happy.
