Was 2022 More Successful Than You Are Giving It Credit For?

We are primed to remember what went wrong, what we didn’t get accomplished, and where we fell short.

What you practice grows.

We practice noticing all this.

Not to trick our brains but to train them strategically.

Take a moment to reflect on what was better than you expected.

What went well.

What you did well.

What you are proud of.

What you accomplished.

Where you traveled.

What you learned.

These lists are not pollyanna.

They are not toxic positivity or lying to yourself either.

They are not a gratitude list.

They are taking ownership and credit.

A practice of mindfulness, appreciation, kindness, and noticing.

When you can give at least as much airtime to the positive than to the negative big shifts happen.

2023 will be even more successful, and enjoyable when you practice this strategy.
