What Would Love Do?

What would love do has been my go-to question for a while now.

Asking yourself empowering questions is an effective coaching tool to change your experience and guide you when you are struggling.

When the world is not as I want it to be- wildfires, COVID, climate change, political uncertainty.

When others are not acting as I think they should- my husband, mother, young adult children, teens....this question guides my thoughts, feeling, and actions.

When I wish I had done better or done something differently,

Love for yourself and others creates space to breathe.

Allows your heart to fill more completely

Which nourishes and heals you --so you can heal and love others.

Love inspires.

Love motivates.

Love connects.

Love is calm.

Love is kind.

Love is thoughtful.

Love is spacious.

Love does not blame.

Love does not consume.

Love does not acquire.

Love is giving.

Love finds solutions.

"What would love do" was the theme of my yoga class this morning. And I figured out how to load it on to YouTube for any of you want to check it or other zoom classes I have taught. The link is in the comments.

My offering at the end:

Keep loving through the virus.

Keep loving through the smoke.

Keep loving through the silence.

Keep loving through the confusion.

Keep loving through the debate.

Keep loving through regret.

Keep loving through the mess.

Keep loving through forgiveness.

Keep loving through the distress.

Keep loving through the changes.

Keep loving through the uncertainty.

Keep loving until loving is the only thing left.

If you want to learn how to better apply this tool in your life, mindful coaching is the way.
