Potent Medicine for Mind, Body, and Soul

“The minute you step out of the car and smell the amazing aroma of the trees and fresh air, you know this place is special. The trees, flowers, and comfy coziness of of the house is magical and healing.”

-Dr. Jenny D.

Nestled between Sonoma Napa Valley and Point Reyes National Seashore,

an hour north of San Francisco, and down the road from Spirit Rock Meditation Center,

is a magical 4-acre farm with the Nicasio Creek running through.

“Nicasio Farm is magical, but more powerful than the gorgeous environment is the magic of Mark’s wholesome farm to table cooking and Jessie’s coaching abilities to bring you back to your best self. The bonding with other women physicians is priceless, new friendships and understandings created.

I was ready to quit medicine two and a half years ago and Jessie guided me back to her persistent question, “What would love do?”

I’m heading to my third retreat soon, have done coaching, follow her YouTube and podcasts, and absolutely love what she has created.”

-Dr. Joanne Oakes
