Choose to Stop Struggling

Successful on the surface yet struggling underneath describes almost everyone I know, including me.

Being authentic and vulnerable about your struggles, rather than hiding them, allows others to support you, builds community, and makes each person’s individual struggle a little less arduous.

Pausing and being present and allowing the discomfort also helps.
When you are able to find space and compassion you begin to accept that at any given moment “everything is as it should be” and that you are “exactly where you are supposed to be.”

What if you decided to take the struggle out of the struggle?

What if  you were learning or growing instead of struggling?

What if you decided to stop resisting your inner struggles?

Accepting the discomfort rather than resisting it, makes the path forward much more smooth.
