May Your Choices Reflect Hope

“May your choices reflect hope.”—Nelson Mandela

So moved by all the photos of colleagues in medicine getting their COVID vaccines this week.

Also so moved by the physicians I coach who are overwhelmed by Covid patients, the level of suffering and loss, and the work of being a physician at this moment.

In Nora Ephron's speech about being the heroine of your own life, she talks about “changing the narrative to one of peace and hope.”

Feeling hope and peace inspires me into action.

Opens my brain to creativity

My heart to connection.

Tapping into hope, peace, connection and inner wisdom is what led to my transformation.

It led to choices that reflected hope.

Of a life not yet seen.

One filled with more hope, more possibility, more impact, more love and more compassion.

For me and for others.

Coaching is about tapping into hope and dreams - no matter the situation.

Deciding to work with a coach was “choosing hope” for me.

Working with me as a coach is choosing hope for others.
